METAL CLADDING SERIES

The curtain wall aluminum panel is mainly made of aluminum alloy 3003H24. The thickness is determined according to the wind pressure, size of floor and board. The general thickness is 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0/6.0mm The largest size is 2000mm × 6000mm (flat panel). The main components are: panels, ribs, hanging ears and other components.
The technical parameters according to 3.0mm thick plate:   (the technical performance of different thickness is different)

◆ Wind pressure resistance: Class III-V, above 3000PA.
◆  Air leakage permeability: Class IV, α0=0.05m3/m.h.
◆  Water leakage performance: Class V, P = 2500Pa.
◆  Insulation performance: Class IV, K = 0.7W/m.k.
◆  Impact resistance: Class IV, Pc = 21kg.m / s.
◆ Sound insulation performance: V grade, Rw = 25-30db.
◆ Fire rated performance:  Pass British BSI fire-rated test (Bs476).
